Since the high impact paper, Double Up Food Bucks Participation is Associated with Increased Fruit and Vegetable Consumption and Food Security Among Low-Income Adults, was published in JNEB several years ago, the body of research on fruit and vegetable incentives has grown substantially. In this webinar, the authors will explore the more recent body of research on this topic and our ongoing work aimed at determining program reach, efficacy, and accessibility of the Utah Double Up Food Bucks program.
