In this new episode, Claudette shares her family’s story and her journey of decolonizing and reclaiming her ancestral roots. Claudette shares how she models decolonization in her therapy sessions and with her students at Berkeley. We also talk about healing imposter syndrome and talking back to our inner “inner mean girl.” Claudette is a mental health therapist and professor at UC-Berkeley’s MSW program.
