Amazon can sell food to its customers without making money because it has other products and services to offer them. It’s competitors – other grocery stores – cannot afford to sell food without making money because that’s their business. What is your business giving away to generate customers? Whatever is being given away - including time, energy and money – is that the best use of those resources? Could your business be doing something different to get a better result?
