About Ben Poole:
Ben Poole is a third-generation HVAC professional and the founder of HVAC Tactical. He began his career in the HVAC industry at a young age, cleaning his father's shop and helping his grandfather fabricate sheet metal ductwork. Ben spent several years learning to master residential and commercial installation before pursuing the service side of the industry. He became very well-rounded in installation, service, and troubleshooting.
