Clichés can be irritating or they can cause us to pause for a moment to consider something obvious that we are overlooking in our struggle to figure things out. One such cliché is “beginning with the end in mind” that as entrepreneurs and business owners we have heard so many times we forget how important it is to know where we are going and what we are doing to get there. Some people can easily set a goal and achieve it through good habits, tenacity and determination while others are capable of doing the work but have a hard time setting specific goals that can be measured.
