On this episode of the Tallahassee Business Podcast presented by 223 Agency, our guest is Sha'Ron James. She is a Shareholder at Berger Singerman Law Firm and just this week has ascended to the role of Board Chair for Leadership Tallahassee. In our discussion, James spoke about her career in the legal profession as well as the many reasons why Leadership Tallahassee continues to be an important bridge between businesses and the many diverse leaders in our community. She also shares her personal and career experiences as a Black woman in Tallahassee and how that has shaped her approach to leadership. With an insistence on being intentional, Sha'ron is someone that has been a steady force in Tallahassee for many years. If our conversation is any indication, she is certainly someone that all of Tallahassee will be hearing more about in the future.
