Alex Paske is the Founder and Managing Director of the Mintridge Foundation, a charity that has worked with over 40,000 young people to enhance their life skills through sport and provide a support network by harnessing the power of positive sporting role models.
Alex was the recipient of the Women of the Future Sport Award in 2017, and in 2018 received the prestigious Sunday Times Sportswomen of the Year Award in the Grassroots Category, as well as being appointed an Associate Fellow of the Royal Commonwealth Society.
Kim talks to Alex about her sporting upbringing, the challenges faced in starting a business at 24, the importance of role models and mentors to young people and how her greatest perceived failure turned into one of her greatest triumphs.
