I wasn’t sure whether to publish this episode, but as you will hear, I feel the content is vital and relevant as ever. During our times of disconnection, through the pandemic and other events that are happening globally, we, as a global nation must pull together and recognise that we are one.
The pain and fear that is felt by the black community, due to racism and prejudice is unacceptable and by listening to each other and learning, we can begin to gather an understanding.
As a white woman I desire to learn and understand, and through the connections we can make through our subtle bodies, as explained in this episode, I believe I am one step closer, as will you be.
