For the audio nerds: my voice was recorded live in 96k/32bit stereo using a Blue Yeti microphone directly connected by USB to a custom-built PC running 64bit Win10 and Adobe Audition. The file was hard limited and normalized but otherwise unedited and no other audio effects are in the chain. The file was mixed down to 48k/32bit 320kbps MP3 for Podbean to conserve size.
