Time blocking sucks, doesn't work and can be a massive waste of your time. Everywhere you look, people are swearing by meticulously planning out their days hour by hour. Instead, track your time.
With time tracking, I identified and eliminated my biggest time wasters. I learned when I'm most productive for different types of tasks. I can now plan my days and weeks accordingly to get more meaningful work done. I'm less stressed and getting better results.
