Rose Davies came third 5000m 14:31.45 to break her own National Record at the London Diamond League, with Georgia Griffiths also under the previous record in 14:32.82.
Claudia Hollingsworth set a personal best of 1:58.02 in the 800m with Sarah Billings just behind in 1:58.99 Jess Hull broke her own national record running 4:13.68 in the mile behind winner, Linden Hall 4:19.58, Abbey Caldwell 4:20.74. Drama in the Men’s 1500m, with Cam Myers and Briton George Mills getting tangled within the last 200m, with Jude Thomas finishing in 3:32.36, Adam Spencer in 3:32.88, Oli Hoare in 3:34.03 and Cam Myers in 4:24.03. Maudie Skyring posted a 5000m World Champs qualifier of 14:49.93, placing second in the race while Izzy Batt-Doyle came 6th in 14:53.89. Nat Rule was seventh in 15:09.89, while Holly Campbell ran 15:40.82. In the men’s 3000m steeplechase at the same meet,  Ed Trippas ran 8:21.54 for third place, while Matt Clarke ran 8:31.67.

Seth O’Donnell ran 13:17.57 in the 5000m in the Night of Athletics at Heusden-Zolden, Belgium, while Jackson Sharp ran 13:20.38
