Over the past month, there have been numerous announcements of major layoffs.
This can be worrying if you’re post 40 and even worse past 50.
I’m a strong advocate for mid-career Black women designing their work, in a way that increases their personal satisfaction and aligns with their personal values and priorities and believe it or not a layoff can be a blessing in disguise if you've found yourself in a career rut.
