In this month’s 10 minute pep talk, Charlie shares an interesting message he has been thinking about while training with his young daughter, Cate, who is just 10 years old. Charlie and Cate have been running a mile every other morning, and like many of us, Cate has had to overcome the days when working out doesn’t seem fun, or the workout doesn’t feel great.
