Meet Matt, he is 42 years old, a husband and a father of six kids. He also has been in ministry work for the past twenty years. Matt shares his story beginning with his childhood, he was always a smaller kid and after trial and error found his niche sport with swimming. He swam competitively in college and even participated in the Olympic Trials. After time passed and he stopped working out, he had a realization one day when he was almost two hundred pounds and changed his lifestyle. Listen for a story of growth and finding fitness again!
