Unapologetically You would love to present our next guest, a young Strength and Conditioning Coach who is currently working for a privately owned business. Steph had introduced herself within the Women's Forum where we soon picked up her energy, passion and enthusiasm for S&C. Steph entered into the field as a young coach but make no mistake she is on the rise as she’s managed to achieve early success through her role as a High-Performance Manager for the Western Jets NAB League Girls team. Her education drove her development and she continues to expand her coaching experience with various sports, as well as working various jobs to sustain her footing within this profession.
