Cue music… It’s beginning to look a lot like burnout…
With the holiday season comes holiday events, family get togethers, work commitments, and general life stuff which can lead us away from our routines and into burnout.
STOP TRYING TO FIND BALANCE. It doesn’t exist.
GET SUPPORT. A babysitter, a house cleaner, a personal assistant, amazon groceries delivered to your house, a coach to hold you accountable to your goals.
CREATE NON-NEGOTIABLE ‘YOU’ TIME. If you’re busy doing for others, you MUST give yourself the time and space to take care of you. That could be 5 minutes of meditation, that could be a 30 min workout, that could be a manicure and a good book. You have to honor the queen you are in order for other people to honor you!
