 Jeff, Justin, and Mace discuss how to help clients beware of their triggers and what situations can be high-risk. The discussion involves how to decide what can be a trigger and how to “zoom out” on the situation and learn more about what events can lead up to a triggering situation. The podcast starts with a bit of a nonsense discussion about eclipses, blizzards, and dieting.
