If your workflow habits are not conducive to creating your best self and instead are keeping you in a fight or flight, jacked full of adrenaline and cortisol mode, then the likelihood you continue to behave this way when you get out into the workforce is very likely because you will always fall back on your habits when you are stressed.
Pay attention through intentional awareness at how your work habits are creating stress in your life and harming your mental health.
