In this episode we discuss when presenting an offer to a seller to have all the questions answered ahead of the presentation. Things like the financing terms, contingencies, timelines, and purchase price are all things that they will want to know firm answers to. When presenting the offer to the seller it is best to do it over a video call or in person. Having face to face contact can really help keep everyone on the same emotional level. Always remember the acronym “OLD CAR” obedience, loyalty, disclosure, confidentiality, accountability, and reasonable care which are our fiduciary duties as an agent. When presenting offers your sellers are the decision makers so keep the letters O, L, and A front of mind.
