The boys sit down with Registered dietitian and PanAm Games Bronze medalist Rachel Hannah. Rachel works out of the University of Guelph Health and Performance Center and deals with all athletes but has a keen interest in endurance sports nutrition. She takes us through her struggles with nutrition and touches upon many diets that are popular among endurance athletes today. Using her wealth of knowledge she tells us when these diets may be effective and when to simply suck it up and take in the carbs!
