On episode #100 (yes, we made to it 100) of the Hockey Strength Podcast, David Rosales and Mike Potenza continue the SCAPH alumni series.
In this episode, they sit down with long-time New York Rangers strength and conditioning coach Reg Grant, who held that post from 2002-2019. Reg shares stories from learning about training coaching from Jaromir Jagr to John Tortorella, how his program and coaching philosophy changed over the years, and what he learned the strength and conditioning business is really about.
Since leaving the Rangers in 2019, Reg has served as the Director of Human Performance at Holy Name Medical Center in Teaneck, New Jersey.
