Rick Morton came to the SF Zen Center in 1966, married Carolyn, they went to Japan in 1974, studied Zen, learned some things like Rick studied how to work with urushi, Japanese lacquer. He and Carolyn live in Sausalito where he does fine furniture and art restoration, refinishing and finishing. His business is Richard Morton Fine Antique Restoration. His brother Jim was last week's guest and Carolyn will be next week's.
