Sometimes we want to add in our own feelings and expertise, but just paying attention and listening can get you so much more information in a conversation and negotiations. In this episode I talk about why it can be important to just listen and stay focused on the conversation. My father has a saying "you have two eyes, two ears, and one mouth... use them accordingly".
