There is one more workshop we did with Jade, stress management workshop 6. UP House members who participated in these workshops have a tool now when dealing with stressful situations, and for now, members of UP House are invited to join our virtual meetings and activities to break the social isolation. We cannot control everything that is going on, but we can control how we respond to the current situation!
