The Never Too Late To Fly Podcast
Health & Fitness
In Episode 29 we have a conversation about resolutions, wrapping up 2020 and starting 2021. As we finish up what has turned out to be the crazy year of 2020 we can easily fall into the traps of thinking and feeling like this past year has been a failure because you have not reached all of the goals/resolutions that you had set at the beginning of the year. It is also easy to fall into that comparison game of thinking that this past year has been a failure because you have not had the same success as everyone you see on social media. We dive deep into how we choose resolutions and why we think it is better to pick resolutions that help you live the life that you want. Making many smaller goals to help you reach big goals can lead to you being successful and reaching those big aspirations you have for yourself. We hope that as you listen to this episode that you can reflect back on the year that has passed and be thankful for where you are. Our hope is that you can take that time and be thankful for where you are and think about where you want to go as we get started in 2021 and set some smaller attainable goals to help you get where you want to be in the new year.
Thanks for listening, and remember It's Never Too Late to Fly!
