EAT SLEEP WINE REPEAT: A wine podcast
Arts:Food
This episode we are joined with Lucy Stevenson who is a wine educator at the WSET. She tells us how she got into the wine industry and we learn all about how the WSET is planning on breaking a Guinness Book Record for the largest ever recorded Sommelierie lesson. This is happening on 9th September 2019 so you still have time to be a part of this. We are also tasting 2 different Sherries, so you can learn the difference between a Fino and an Oloroso Sherry, as well as how they are made.
The Sherries tasted are Valdespino Inocente Single Vineyard Fino and Valdespino Don Gonzalo Oloroso VOS.
- Monday 9th September – Breaking a Guinness World Record with Olly Smith at The Kia Oval
- Saturday 14th September – WSET School London walkaround tasting as part of Bermondsey Street Festival
