Many people fall into the loyalty trap when they are working very hard for companies and doing extra hours and hoping that people notice and that the company someday will be loyal to them for all of the work that they did. Loyalty is an individual decision. It is something that is important to be done to yourself and not a company or someone that does not value that loyalty.
