In this episode of the Pacey Performance Podcast I am speaking to Head of Athletic Performance at Australian Women's Rugby Sevens, Craig Twentyman. The first thing to mention is that Craig was part of the team that won gold at the Rio Olympics this year which followed a World Series win in the 15/16 season. What an incredible achievement! After such an amazing summer it was great to get Craig on for a chat.
