Tod Joy with Joy Properties started as real estate agent in California in the late 1970s. After years of high commissions selling high value homes and flipping houses in Hollywood, he decided to invest in Cash flowing rental properties here in south Louisiana because the rent to value ratios were much more favorable than in California. He now has several hundred units free and clear which make up his multimillion-dollar portfolio. He shares his experience and wisdom with us as he explains why he self-manages, why now is the time to buy and other lessons he learned along the way.
