Kristin shares with us her Grounding in Christ technique she developed with the 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 technique in mind. These skills can be used whether it’s trauma triggers, anxiety, stress, or whatever trigger you are dealing with. These are practical skills to help us find peace physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
