Today's topic is "eat like an athlete"! This Topic is really helpful not only just for you but if you do happen to have young athletes in your home this is going to be very effective for them as well. A lot of adults don't look at themselves as an athlete and just look at themselves as a normal person just trying to get some movement in. If you are completing some sort of program, if you have a specific goal that you are after and you are consistent with your training, you are an athlete! In this episode I talk about learning how to eat properly at different times through out the day to get the most out of your workouts and also to help you recover better.
