With the new year just a couple days away I wanted to touch on how we can use our highs and lows from 2024 to help set our goals for 2025. It is really important to look at both and make sure that you are setting yourself up in 2025 to have your improvements come from your lows while you continue to exercise and keep those highs still high. Here is to starting off 2025 strong and having your best year yet!
