Steve Barkley Ponders Out Loud
Education
This podcast is pulled from a presentation/conversation I did with Nicole Turner as part of her Coaching Summit 2023. With a special consideration on those who are newer to their instructional coaching career, I looked back on the learning and insights from my early years implementing coaching in many different settings. In part one, we explore the concepts of continuous teacher growth, teaching as a team sport, and planning backwards for teaching and coaching.
