Aaron has been on my radar for a LONG time! I was amazed when I spoke to a former PhD student of his, just how many people who occupy big jobs around the world have come through UTS under Aaron's tutelage. There has been much made of the acute:chronic ratio over the last couple of years with a recent upsurge in research outlining its limitations. In this episode, Aaron speaks in some depth about the background to the A:C ratio and why practitioners need to know its full story before making decisions based off it. Enjoy!
