Crystal started out as a unhealthy and unaware young adult. While not having a great lifestyle she began to have GI distress. After being told to follow a specific high carb liquid diet she went against the doctors orders and started following the protocol of the ketogenic diet, Crystal has now been keto for almost 3 years has decreased her GI distress and also started bodybuilding, competing and winning her first competition using only the ketogenic diet. She is proud to have overcome it all and has come out on top of it all. Crystal now coaches and does her very best to encourage others to do the same.
