Meet Adam, he is 40 years young. Adam has been married for over 15 years, and is a father of three. 

 

In this week's episode of the Building Better People podcast, he shares his childhood/teen background in baseball and football. His love for sports also progressed to mountain biking in college. However, after attending Law school in Oklahoma, his health declined as life became more chaotic. 

 

Adam shares his “come to Jesus moment” when a doctor encouraged him to change his lifestyle to a healthier and more sustainable one.
