All too often people start a therapeutic diet, which is restrictive in nature, for far too long. This causes new symptoms that are directly related to their restrictive diet lasting for far too long. Most people are not taught how to transition off of the restrictive diet to a more flexible and nutrient dense eating lifestyle that still supports their health.
