Pete has started his professional working career in Banking and navigated through working for two large and influential National Governing bodies. His is now building the governing body of British American Football from scratch.
This is an insightful dive into Pete’s story where he shares some of the highs and lows of his career, and also touches on some of the challenges and opportunities sport faces in the current climate.
One of the mantras Pete has played to all his career is to ‘surround yourself with great talented people’. We could all learn a thing or two from how he approached this and the value it has brought him.
