With every situation in life follows an opportunity to choose how we are going to react. The way we respond to each situation will determine the next step in our life. Negative moments arise all the time and we have a choice to make; do we crumble and throw the day away or do grow and create happiness for ourselves? Choosing happiness and growth is a far better option, but that doesn't mean you neglect the negative entirely. It means you grow and learn, so next time you are faced with a similar situation you already know what to do. It's your choice how you will respond, so what's it going to be?
