Aynslee van Graan and Luke Hince each took out their respective 5000m races at the Bankstown Milers meet in Sydney. In the 1500m A Races Ruby Madden took the field in 4:30 while Connor Whitely ran 3:47.05.

ACT 3000m Champs Cam Myers ran the fastest time of the night in 8:15.64, while it was Zoe Buckman who took the state title in 9:22.12
