We are back with wine educator Jimmy Smith for part two and we are talking about the wines from the Canary Islands. We'll be looking at the major grapes that grow across this sun worshipers Archipelago, with a major focus on Tenerife. Why Tenerife? Because this is the main producer and exporter of Canarian wines with an incredibly rich and interesting history.
