As a mother of two teenagers and a tween, I bring to you snippets from my world, sprinkled with bits of reality, humor, and reassurance that you are not alone. On this podcast, we delve into various everyday issues parents encounter, ranging from navigating hormones and mental health storms to teens' social circles and newfound interests.
We all have those days when we feel overwhelmed with life's demands, from planning family holidays to balancing work with parental duties. I share with you my personal strategies for managing the chaos and finding some calm, such as home purging, decluttering, and introspection. I challenge you to do the same.
