Brandon Shaffer joins us in Episode 9 of The Hawkin Podcast from the Minnesota Twins where he is a Complex Strength & Conditioning Coach.

 

Prior to joining the Minnesota Twins, Brandon was a Strength & Conditioning coach at Yale University for nearly 2-years, and previously a graduate assistant coach at Northwestern State University.
