We are at Camp Creek Greenway Trail in Lilburn getting in another training run and discussing various things. Things like what training we should be doing for Peachtree and what half marathons we should do in the fall.

I gave Laura my Garmin 220 to use since I have the Garmin 920XT now. So, if you were wondering what she was talking about at the very start of the  podcast she was talking about how easy it was  to sync with her iPhone Garmin Connect app.
