After living in New York, Vermont, Virginia, Texas and Maryland, Sarah now lives in Pittsburgh, PA
with her husband, their four kids, two dogs, and books in every room. When she’s not writing, drawing, or getting digital, Sarah loves hitting the water on her stand up paddle board, practicing her

Is what we see on social media a false reality of the life we want and dream of? We rarely see the negatives on social media, its usually an individual with a great life, car, physique, food, holidays etc, Why do you think we are so focused on this and not the reality? What are some of the steps needed to achieve Digital wellbeing? What is Digital Wellbeing? Sarah, how do we know whats real in the media these days? What are the ways of managing this? Can you explain the 3R challenge? What services do you provide and where are you on social media?
