Our guest Tamer Shahin has an incredible business story to share. He has experienced growing a business to over $100 million and losing it all overnight, and then becoming personally in debt to the tune of $2 million.
Not having experienced failure before, this changed Tamer's perspective on life, leadership, and growing a business. Now he believes in embracing and integrating failure into every business because you will learn fast, and have a better business as a result. There is a caveat though, which we discuss on the podcast.
We also discuss -
The fear of failure and why it's not healthy
How Tamer is helping others to grow their businesses
How a culture that embraces failure actually encourages innovation and transformation
Why it's important to encourage your team to be themselves
