While many industries have been impacted by the great resignation, not all industries are experiencing it with the same intensity.
Resignations peaked in April of 2021, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. And even today resignations remain abnormally high.
While leaders continue the upstream struggle of retaining staff in the midst of incredible challenges, the answer to this complex problem may lie in a better understanding of what's driving the choice to resign "in search of".
