In this episode of The Food Files, Paul Schatte of Paul's Food Products in Ponca City, Oklahoma, discusses how he has been a part of the Oklahoma State University Robert M. Kerr Food and Agricultural Products Center's Industry Advisory Committee since 2007. Schatte and the board have focused their attention on food safety the past several years to help add value to FAPC, Oklahoma State University and the state. Appointed to the advisory board by the speaker of the Oklahoma House of Representatives, Schatte said the board helps bring ideas to FAPC as well as each other.
