These last 2 years have been challenging to say the least.
I have met so many that have found a way to thrive or reinvent themselves.
And I've spoken with many who find themselves stuck and unsure how to get going again.
Many have gained weight, gotten out of shape, felt the need to change jobs or careers, even left and changed relationship.
As a wellness advocate and retired RN, I know the importance of creating healthy habits. They keep us grounded and help us move towards the goals that we have.
