On this episode of Talking FACS, Dr. Heather Norman-Burgdolf explains the components of blood pressure and how the foods we eat and the activities we engage in can cause it to go up or down. She also discusses some of the chronic conditions for which high blood pressure is a contributor and what we can do to reduce our risk.
